Agile Scrum is one of the most effective agile project management frameworks, helping teams respond quickly, adapt flexibly, and deliver value continuously. By integrating generative AI, you can make your company’s processes significantly more efficient.
This intensive 5-day workshop is not a theoretical course. Participants will be organized into Agile Scrum teams and will implement a real project during the week, using AI tools.
You will work through all Agile Scrum roles, events, and artifacts through hands-on exercises, and you will learn how to integrate AI into project management. By the end, you will have the confidence and framework needed to implement and run AI-enhanced Agile Scrum in your organization.
The workshop will be delivered in English, with Romanian support and live translation available if needed.
Sándor Béla
Sándor Béla is an expert in project management and digital strategy, with more than 40 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has led large project management organizations and taught Scrum methodology and teamwork at universities and major companies across Europe.
He held director-level positions at Cisco Systems, where he led projects and teams on a global scale. He has also worked with startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations around the world, helping them turn projects into concrete business results.
Today, he combines industrial and academic experience through training programs and workshops through StartMonday.AI and teaches at SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
