Sándor Béla

Sándor Béla is an expert in project management and digital strategy, with more than 40 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has led large project management organizations and taught Scrum methodology and teamwork at universities and major companies across Europe.

He held director-level positions at Cisco Systems, where he led projects and teams on a global scale. He has also worked with startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations around the world, helping them turn projects into concrete business results.

Today, he combines industrial and academic experience through training programs and workshops through StartMonday.AI and teaches at SRH Haarlem University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
